Day 1

Your private driver will greet you at the airport. with a sign bearing your name and transfer you to our stunning accommodations.
Situated in the heart of the southern Tuscany countryside is Montepulciano. Land of Vino Nobile Vineyards. This slice of Tuscany still remains very authentic with small scale local producers focusing on crafting high -quality wines, cheeses, olive oils and local products, in the same way they have been doing for generations.

Day 2
Let’s Drink Some Wine

Today we head off to visit 2 special wineries in Montalcino and Montepulciano region. The 100% Sangiovese grapes Brunello di Montalcino with its gorgeous garnet color and the Vino di Nobile di Montepulciano one of Tuscany’s oldest and beloved wines. We will have some time to visit the charming hilltop towns of Montalcino and Mantepulciano, enjoy our two wine tastings and a lunch paired with wines.

Day 3

Today, our expert driver will pick us up in the morning for an exciting adventure through the breathtaking Tuscan countryside. Embark on a journey to a charming family-owned farm that specializes in organic olive oil production and winemaking. As you bask in the beauty of the rolling hillsides, immerse your senses in the flavors of a diverse selection of exquisite extra virgin olive oils (EVOOs).
Afterward, we'll continue our exploration to an idyllic cheese farm nestled in the hills overlooking Val d'Orcia and Pienza. Indulge in a delightful lunch experience that showcases the farm's own artisanal cheeses, perfectly paired with exceptional regional wines.
Following this mouthwatering feast, you'll have the opportunity to meander through the captivating town of Pienza, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and renowned as one of the most picturesque destinations in Tuscany. Explore its charming streets, soak in the local culture, and capture unforgettable moments in this enchanting setting.

Day 4
All About Tuscany’s Famous Truffles
Today we head out to uncover the renowned truffles of Tuscany. Immerse yourself in a full-day experience where you'll delve into the secrets of truffle hunting and cooking. Accompany a skilled truffle hunter as they guide you through the enchanting woods, accompanied by their expertly trained truffle dogs, who will diligently seek out the coveted black truffles. After a brief introduction, revel in a delightful walk amidst the woodland scenery. In the afternoon, indulge in a culinary experience, discovering the art of incorporating this exquisite ingredient into delectable dishes. Hands on cooking class We conclude our day with a l satisfying truffle based lunch, paired with local wines, savoring the flavors that embody the essence of Tuscany's famous truffles.
San Gimignano & Winery Lunch with a View!
Day 5

We will be transferring to the Chianti region. We check into our accommodation located in a charming ancient village nestled in the spectacular setting of the Chianti Classico hills.

San Gimignano a small medieval town located in the province of Siena, it is famous for its well-preserved medieval architecture, particularly its tall towers that rise above the skyline. San Gimignano is known as the "Town of Fine Towers" and once had 72 towers, few remain standing today. The historic center of San Gimignano is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and attracts visitors from around the world. You will have a short visit to stroll the charming streets and alleys and enjoy the historic center
After lunch it's off to a family owned biodynamic winery. We will enjoy a wonderful light lunch with wines and olive oil tasting. All with San Gimignano as our backdrop
We will be dropped off at our hilltop accommodations in the Chianti Classico hills overlooking Greve and Radda
Day 6
Time to make the Pasta!
Master the secrets of the ancient Tuscan cuisine and have fun doing it. If you are passionate about cooking, you cannot leave Tuscany without knowing how to make homemade pasta, pappa al pomodoro and panzanella. Our Chefs will teach you how to make these traditional recipes. You can also collect the ingredients from our Organic Garden as true garden to the table experience.
Tonight let’s head out to the square where the whole village still gathers for dinner.
Let's Explore Chianti Wines & Villages
Day 7

We are in the very heart of the Chianti Classico region, one of the most famous in the world for wine production.
Our private driver will take us to quaint villages and fabulous wineries today as we explore Greve, Montefioralle and Radda.
We will drive through the breathtaking Tuscan countryside as we delve into the heart of the Chianti Classico region.
Greve is the largest town in the Chianti region and still retains the liveliness that has characterized it since the Middle Ages,
Set amidst the picturesque Chianti hills, lies the charming village of Montefioralle. The village, centered around the castle, is a labyrinth of narrow alleys that wind their way back to the majestic feudal keep. Each alley beckons you to embark on a journey of discovery, revealing its rich history.
We will also discover the enchanting village of Radda. This small village is a treasure protected by its sturdy defensive walls and is celebrated as the village of vineyards. Upon reaching the hilltop where Radda was constructed during the Middle Ages, you'll be greeted by breathtaking vistas of sprawling vineyards that stretch as far as the eye can see.
We will have two fabulous wine tastings in this area and a stop for lunch at a local gem.

Day 8
Relaxing Day in Tuscan Paradise
At the foot of the property are the vineyards which are arranged on wonderful terraces and are part of a UNESCO heritage site. Treat yourself to a walk among the vines and admire the vineyards, the true essence of Chianti. The hotel has a delightful pool with panoramic view over Chianti. This afternoon join us for a wine tasting from the vine to the glass in our resort's historic cellars.
In the older room of the Borgo, dated 1061 located in the basement of the old tower, on the property you will have the opportunity to follow a magic wine tasting journey. Accompanied by an expert sommelier, the original residents of the village use to preserve their precious wine, you will relish the properties own wine production and taste their extra virgin olive oil, handpicked and made from the olive groves.
Farewell dinner under the Tuscan stars
Dinner among the olive trees. surrounded by the stars, the view of the greenery and the rustling of the leaves of Tuscan centuries-old olive trees. We will lull by the fresh evening breeze, excellent dishes and fabulous wines.

It is time to pack up your beautiful memories of your time in Tuscany. After enjoying your final Italian breakfast and sipping your last cappuccino, your private driver will transfer you to Florence airport for your journey home.
